Team Rep Responsibilities
- picking the team on draft night
- keeping track of team jerseys and the player jersey numbers
- attending Team Rep meetings and General Membership meetings
- disseminating information from meetings to the team
- bringing team concerns/ideas to the board
- reaching out to missing team members
- fostering a positive team environment and mentoring new players
- make sure injuries are properly recorded on game sheets
- acting as a member of the FWHA Disciplinary Panel
